Subscriptions and Payments

Our service may include a subscription-based model, offering various features. Upon subscribing, you are responsible for all payments as outlined in the subscription agreement. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time in accordance with the subscription terms.

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data, and by using the service, agree that we may retain and use this data as necessary to provide services.

We are not responsible for any damages that result from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or interruptions in service. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

Wallet Top-ups and Ad Spend
Funds added to your Wallet or ad account balance are digital credits used exclusively for advertising spend and applicable service fees. Top-ups are generally non-refundable and non-withdrawable except as outlined in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to fund your campaigns.

Service Description
Threasury provides agency ad account infrastructure for advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook), TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Our Services include provisioning and management of agency ad accounts, a self-serve dashboard for account management and top-ups, dedicated support channels, and compliance screening. We do not provide media buying, campaign management, or creative services.

Compliance and Acceptable Use
You agree to use agency ad accounts provided through our Services only for advertising campaigns that comply with all applicable advertising platform policies, all applicable laws and regulations, and Threasury's compliance guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without refund of fees paid, if we determine that your campaigns violate platform policies or our compliance standards.

Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or our compliance guidelines, your campaigns are flagged by advertising platforms for policy violations, you fail to pay outstanding fees, or we are required to do so by law or platform partner requirements. You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

Third-Party Platforms
Our Services depend on third-party advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for changes to their policies, algorithms, pricing, account restrictions, or enforcement actions. Platform-level account restrictions may occur despite compliance with all known policies.

Indemnification and Governing Law
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Threasury Media LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your advertising campaigns. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Geographic Eligibility and Sanctions Compliance
Our Services are not available to individuals or entities in countries subject to international sanctions, including Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Belarus, Russia, and Syria. We comply with OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions programs. Use of our Services from sanctioned jurisdictions is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
