We use the Account Information that we collect to provide our services, process payments, manage your agency ad account infrastructure, and communicate with you about your account. Additionally, we use this information to:

We use the Device Information to help us screen for potential risks and fraud (particularly, your IP address) and to improve and optimize our Site, for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Stripe to process payments. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our users interact with the Site. You can opt-out of Google Analytics here.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We may share limited information with advertising platform partners (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest) as required to provision and manage your agency ad accounts.

When you create an account or subscribe through the Site, we will maintain your Account Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Cross-Client Data Confidentiality
We do not share any client information, performance data, products, advertising strategies, trends, or any other identifiable details with other clients. This applies to all client data regardless of spend level, account size, or partnership status. Even anonymized or aggregated data is not shared across clients. The same protection that prevents another client from learning about your business is what protects your data from being shared with anyone else.
Data Controller
Depending on your payment method and jurisdiction, your data may be processed by one of the following entities within the Threasury Media group: Threasury Media LLC (United States), Threasury Media Ltd. (Hong Kong), Threasury Media OOD (Bulgaria), or Threasury Media India Pvt Ltd (India). The entity that processes your payment is the data controller for your account. All entities operate under the same privacy standards described in this policy.
